The Peak is one of the most popular attractions in Hong Kong. Visitors will be amazed by the spectacular view of the surrounding city skyline, the world-famous Victoria Harbour, the nearby Kaolin Island, and absolutely green hillsides.
Getting there is an unforgettable trip by itself riding the Peak Tram that is pulled by steel cables, and climbs 373 metres (about 1,200 feet). It’s so steep that the buildings you pass by will look like they’re leaning at a 45 degree angle. Whether you’re going up or coming down, this trip is such a thrill.
In 2006, The Peak Tower was opened as an added feature to the site. The very distinctive building boasts of a new 686mē Viewing Terrace offering 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding areas.
